Reports To: Director of Baseball Performance
Responsibilities
- Manage TrackMan systems
- Manage Rapsodo systems
- Create player reports
- Build recruiting profiles
- Analyze pitching and hitting data
- Maintain cameras and video systems
- Handle facility technology needs
- Manage website and member portal
- Produce showcase reports
- Support coaches with data-driven insights
- Maintain athlete database
Qualifications
- Strong technology background
- Baseball knowledge required
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience with video editing and analytics platforms
