About the job:
Full Time (40 Hours per week) In-Office at our Lynn, MA location
The Personal Lines Customer Service Rep is responsible for;
- Preparation of automobile registration forms (RTAs)
- Binders
- Payment processing
- Processing of Policy Changes
- Maintain accurate client account and contact information on agency management system
- Maintain follow-up and suspense items on a daily basis, creating clear and accurate activities after client/company contact
- Work closely with producers and sales team to build strong client relationships and to enhance the quality of customer service
- Compiles, organizes and maintains client information to process new business, renewals, endorsements and certificates of insurance
Requirements Include:
- Three years experience in an independent property and casualty insurance agency based in Massachusetts.
- Experience with AMS 360 is preferred
- Must have working knowledge of insurance rating software, Microsoft Office, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Attention to detail, deadlines and ability to multi-task
- MA Broker’s P&C License is Preferred
- Professional designation preferred (CIC, AAI, CISR, CRM etc.)
