Role Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic Insurance Training Specialist & Quality Assurance Manager to lead training initiatives and ensure operational consistency across our locations. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys developing others, and has a sharp eye for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- 🧠 Training & Development
- Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for personal and commercial lines staff
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to identify skill gaps and build tailored learning paths
- Support new hires with hands-on guidance and mentorship
- 📋 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Partner with leadership to update and create SOPs across departments
- Work with Operations Managers to ensure SOPs are implemented and followed consistently
- Monitor adherence and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- 🚗 Travel & Collaboration
- Travel between agency locations to deliver training, conduct audits, and support team development
- Serve as a bridge between leadership and frontline staff, fostering alignment and engagement
Qualifications
- MA Property & Casualty License (required)
- 5 years of insurance industry experience
- Proven experience in training, coaching, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with CRM systems, especially AMS360
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel regularly across Massachusetts
