Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative

🚀 What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to for client questions, policy changes, certificates, and audits
- Support Account Managers with renewals, quoting, and documentation
- Keep records sharp and service smooth
- Collaborate with carriers to resolve issues and deliver solutions
🎯 What You Bring
- 1–2 years of commercial insurance or customer service experience
- Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain within 120 days)
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with AMS360 and Microsoft Office
