This role oversees the design, development, and implementation of scalable technology solutions, ensuring that platforms, infrastructure, and tools support innovation, operational excellence, and long-term growth. The VP of Technology leads and mentors cross-functional technical teams, establishes best practices, and drives continuous improvement in software delivery, security, and reliability. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with executive leadership on strategic planning, prioritizing and managing key technology initiatives and projects, and evaluating emerging technologies to inform future investments.
