Job Title Duet, Substitute CNA Hours Required 0 Job Description and Hours Under the supervision of the Nursing Supervisor. the CNA provides personal care and assists with activities of daily living. In addition to responsibilities that insure individual health and safety, the CNA will support the individual and promote individual growth through the development and implementation of habilitative programs.
