Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Paralegal at Duell Law LLC located in Birmingham, AL. The Paralegal will be responsible for:
• Deliver comprehensive executive support to the Managing Member including time management of all operations, calendar management, review and update of complex documents, executive correspondence, and meeting preparation including preparation and compilation of critical information.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Managing Member, clients, staff, and external partners.
• Oversee daily firm operations, managing staff workflows, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Lead and coordinate firm-wide initiatives, projects, and client engagements to drive operational excellence.
• Utilize technology solutions to streamline operating expenses, improve efficiency, and reduce costs across the firm.
• Oversee vendor relationships and office facilities management.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3-5 years of executive support experience. Preferably with at least 2 of those years in operational or leadership roles, within legal or professional services.
• Proven ability to act as a strategic partner and operational leader in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
•Exceptional organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal practice management or CRM software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft clear, professional correspondence and reports.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Strong interpersonal skills and capability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
• Experience supporting budgeting, financial tracking, and vendor management preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and align decisions with firm goals.
