Prep/Baker – Wholesale (Evening/Night Shifts)
due (doo-eh) focacceria is a neighborhood eatery at heart, using the freshest ingredients available to us and putting our twist on Italian dining. We are conveniently located in the sought-after Mac Groveland neighborhood in St. Paul. Inspired by the dining traditions of the Italian family — community, laughter, and conversation — we bring those same values to our team and our kitchen.
SHIFT OUTLINES
This position focuses on evening and night shifts, with start times between 2:00–5:00 PM and shifts lasting 6–8 hours. We are looking for individuals available 25–35 hours per week, including weekends and holiday seasons (required). Our wholesale prep and baking team supports daily café operations, wholesale accounts, and seasonal production demands.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen or bakery environment
- Experience with prep, labeling, sandwich building, light baking, and hot production
- Ability to manage time efficiently during solo or small-team night shifts
- Strong attention to consistency, organization, and cleanliness
- Reliable transportation for evening or late-night shifts
- Positive attitude, accountability, and teamwork focus
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- 1 years of experience in hospitality, bakery, or production kitchens preferred

Pay: $17.92 - $22.88 per hour
