- Competitive compensation, based on experience $25.55-$27.55/hour (base wage of $21.30-$23.30/hour plus an additional $4.25/hour in tips (approximated) for a combined wage range of $25.55-$27.55/hour)

- Learn and master the art of making fresh pasta.
- Familiarize yourself with our menu and guide customers through their Due' experience.
- Communicate effectively with delivery drivers (UberEats, DoorDash, etc) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate menu inventory across all delivery platforms.
- Ensure compliance with Covid-19 precautionary measures in the dining area.
- Collaborate with BOH team members or managers to address customer concerns or dissatisfaction with any dish.
- Maintain cleanliness in all dining areas and the pasta lab, especially after pasta preparation is completed.
- Greet every customer warmly to ensure they feel welcome.
- Other duties as necessary or assigned.
Requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- People who enjoy spending time with customers to educate them about our food.
- High-energy, proactive individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work (and have fun!) in a diverse team.
- Attention to detail.
- Passionate about food.
- Minimum 21 years old (alcohol service required).
- Possesses or willing to obtain a current Food Handler Card and Alcohol Server Permit.
- Ability to stand continuously throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop and move quickly.
- Finger/hand dexterity to operate kitchen machinery, knives, etc..
- Ability to withstand changes in temperature, occasional smoke, steam and heat and work in a confined area.
- Ability to work under stress.
- Scheduling flexibility.
- Ability to speak or understand Spanish a plus (although not required).
Salary : $21 - $23
