We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Controller to lead the financial and administrative operations across a group of closely related companies. This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for maintaining accurate financials, managing administrative staff, and helping shape efficient, scalable systems as we continue to grow.
The right candidate is detail-oriented, systems-minded, and comfortable operating in a multi-entity environment. You’ll work closely the executive team to guide financial decision-making, support operational improvements, and ensure strong back-office execution.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting functions across multiple entities
- Manage AP, AR, monthly closes, and cash flow tracking
- Oversee and coordinate the work of administrative and accounting staff
- Collaborate with the CEO and CFO to monitor key metrics, analyze performance, and support strategic decisions
- Maintain tax calendars and support coordination with external CPA
- Ensure accounting and administrative systems and processes are efficient and well-managed
- Support financial planning and capital management
- Provide financial visibility and operational clarity across all companies

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2–3 years at the controller or senior accountant level
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required
- Professional experience working with confidential and sensitive information
- Experience supervising administrative, AR, or AP
- Strong familiarity with GAAP, cash flow management, and internal controls
- Proficiency with various accounting systems and Excel
- Prior work in professional services, A/E/C, or multi-entity environments is a strong plus, but not required
