What are the responsibilities and job description for the BCBA Middle/High School position at Dudley-Charlton Regional School District?
Responsibilities:
-Conduct and report out on Functional Behavior Assessments through the team referral process
-Consult to specialized program and staff regarding student behavior plans
-Write and update student behavior plans as needed
-Provide guidance and training to staff on the implementation of behavior plans for students assigned to BCBA support
-Provide guidance, support, and modeling of data collection specific to student behavior plans
-Participate in the IEP development process
-Participate in the IEP team process, providing updates regarding progress students are making with behavior management
-Crisis Intervention training/certification preferred
-Communication with parents and caregivers should be timely and consistent
-Other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Pupil Personnel Services
Salary : $57,427 - $98,074
