We are looking for a motivated and people-focused HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you’ll support a wide range of human resources functions, from employee relations and recruitment to compliance and culture initiatives. Duties
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
- Support full-cycle recruitment: posting jobs, screening candidates, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and compensation inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; maintain HR policies and employee handbook.
- Guide managers through performance management, coaching, and employee development.
- Coordinate training programs, professional development opportunities, and compliance training.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate HR reports/metrics.
- Help design and deliver employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of HR experience.
- Strong Knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Comfortable using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
