- 2 years of HVAC installation experience (residential or light commercial)
- Valid driver’s license & insurable driving record
- EPA certification
- Strong mechanical aptitude & problem-solving skills
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
- HVAC trade school certificate
- Connecticut HVAC license (D2, S2, SM2, or S10)
- OSHA 30 certification
- Arrive on time, ready to work each day
- Follow installation procedures and safety protocols with precision
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and homeowners
- Deliver clean, code-compliant, high-quality installations
- Represent Ductworks with pride, professionalism, and integrity
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality workmanship
- Positive and professional — a true team player
- Motivated to learn and grow within a stable company
