Qualifications (Required)

• 2 years of HVAC installation experience (residential or light commercial)
• Valid driver’s license & insurable driving record
• EPA certification
• Strong mechanical aptitude & problem-solving skills
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
  
  

Preferred (Not Required)

• HVAC trade school certificate
• Connecticut HVAC license (D2, S2, SM2, or S10)
• OSHA 30 certification
  
  

Your Responsibilities

• Arrive on time, ready to work each day
• Follow installation procedures and safety protocols with precision
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and homeowners
• Deliver clean, code-compliant, high-quality installations
• Represent Ductworks with pride, professionalism, and integrity
