- Perform thorough cleaning of air ducts, vents, and HVAC systems using industry-standard equipment and techniques.
- Utilize ladders safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas during cleaning processes.
- Handle manual tools and industrial cleaning equipment to remove dust, debris, mold, and other contaminants effectively.
- Conduct outdoor work that may involve navigating various weather conditions to complete cleaning projects efficiently.
- Assist in commercial cleaning projects, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained throughout the process.
- Use fire extinguishers correctly and adhere to safety protocols during all cleaning operations.
- Engage with customers to identify their needs, explain services, and promote additional solutions to grow sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience or willingness to learn industrial cleaning techniques, including HVAC ductwork.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely and efficiently.
- Experience with outdoor work environments is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Comfortable working at heights using ladders safely and confidently.
- Knowledge of the use of fire extinguishers and basic safety procedures in industrial settings.
- Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction and sales engagement.
- Must Have Experience with air ducts cleaning or HVAC.
