Responsibilities
- Complete NADCA, VMT, ASCS and CVI certification programs (with support from Company)
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and professional customer service
- Care for customer and company property, tools, and equipment
- Follow all safety guidelines, including OSHA standards
- Work independently and with team members on residential and commercial job sites
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude; HVAC knowledge is helpful but not required
- Willingness to learn and complete training programs
