YOUR LIFE AS AN AIR CONDITIONING FIELD SERVICE MANAGER / HVAC

MANAGER

As an Air Conditioning Field Service Manager / HVAC Manager, you play a vital role in our operations. You work both on job sites and in our offices. With close attention to detail, you manage inventory for both office locations and all of our company vans. You deliver materials to job sites as well as startup and manage those sites to ensure jobs get done in budgeted timeframes, in line with NADCA and company quality standards. When necessary, you provide technical support and troubleshooting help for techs in the field, coach and mentor technicians, and resolve escalated service issues on-site. You also track key performance indicators (callback rate, labor efficiency, first-time fix rate) and support continuous improvement of processes and customer experience. You bounce around, balancing a variety of administrative tasks as well as hands-on field management duties. You love the variety of your day-to-day tasks and take pride in using your management skills to lead our company to success!

Some after-hours and weekend availability is required to support emergency dispatch and escalated service issues.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry
• EPA 608 Certification required
• NADCA Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) certification preferred, or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver's license and clean record; ability to operate a company vehicle daily
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan or comparable field service management (FSM) software
• Ability to perform physical job-site requirements, including working in attics, crawlspaces, and rooftop units, climbing ladders, and tolerating extended exposure to South Florida heat and humidity
• English and Spanish speaking highly desired
