Receiving and Shipping Associate

Position Summary

Duct2Go is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to support our growing e-commerce and manufacturing operation. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and organizing products while maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
• Verify order contents and quantities before shipment.
• Receive incoming inventory and stock materials in designated locations.
• Maintain organized inventory and warehouse storage areas.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Prepare shipping labels and coordinate outbound shipments.
• Load and unload deliveries as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or shipping issues to the Office Manager.
• Assist with light assembly, packaging, and production support when required.
• Support special projects and general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
