The HVAC Warehouse Stocker is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing the warehouse, and ensuring efficient movement of materials for sales and service teams. This is a critical hands-on role requiring physical stamina and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and accurately stock incoming HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies in designated locations.
- Organize and maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse, ensuring safe and clear aisles and storage areas.
- Assist in pulling and preparing parts orders for delivery or customer pickup, verifying quantities against order sheets.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory counts to ensure inventory system accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification may be required or provided).
- Report any damages, discrepancies, or safety hazards to the Warehouse Manager immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) regularly throughout the workday.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory (preferred, but training provided).
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
