HVAC Duct Cleaning Superintendent (Travel Required)
Full-Time | $22–$26 an hour (Based on Experience)
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join one of the largest NADCA-certified duct cleaning companies in the Southeast. This role is ideal for a strong leader with construction supervisory experience who is comfortable managing crews and traveling for project-based work. Experience is a must for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead crews of 4–15 employees on commercial job sites
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Operations Manager to ensure successful project completion
- Maintain daily reports, including construction logs, photo documentation, and drawing markups
- Enforce safety protocols and NADCA cleaning standards
- Oversee job progress, quality control, and team productivity while maintaining a professional and positive environment.
What we’re looking for:
- 5–10 years of construction supervisory experience (HVAC preferred)
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel frequently (Florida and multi-state projects)
- Availability for full-time work, including nights, weekends, and overtime
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to complete a Procore proficiency assessment
Preferred Qualifications:
- NADCA Certification (strongly preferred)
- Experience with both commercial and residential HVAC systems
- Familiarity with Aeroseal processes (a plus, not required)
Work Environment:
- Commercial field-based, travel-heavy role
- Physically demanding work with strict adherence to safety standards
Schedule:
- Full-time
- 8–10 hour shifts
- Day, evening, and night shifts as needed
- Monday–Friday with weekends as required
Work Location:
In person, on commercial job sites (travel required)
