Full Job Description:
Voyager Air Duct Cleaning is hiring a Navigator (Air Duct Cleaning Technician) to run our trucks, work jobs in the field, and deliver a premium customer experience.
We are a rapidly growing company built on an inspection-first, education-driven model. We don't compete on price, we compete on professionalism, clarity, and results.
This is not an entry-level, clock-in/clock-out job. This is a performance-driven role for someone who wants to take ownership of their income and grow into future leadership opportunities as we expand.
Read This Before You Apply:
This role is designed for people who:
- Want to be paid based on performance, not just time
- Are comfortable talking to customers and making recommendations
- Take pride in their work and hold a high personal standard
- Are dependable and take ownership of their results
If you are looking for a low-responsibility, hourly-only position, this is not the right fit.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a 2-person crew on residential and commercial jobs
- Perform air duct cleaning using professional equipment
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
- Identify, recommend, and offer add-on services when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected job site
- Uphold Voyager's standards and represent the brand at a high level
What This Job Is:
- A hands-on field role with real responsibility
- A customer-facing position that requires communication skills
- A performance-based opportunity with strong earning potential
What This Job Is Not:
- A "just clean and leave" job
- A low-accountability role
- A fit for someone who avoids customer interaction
What Top Performers Earn: Our Navigators typically earn between $55,000 and $75,000 per year through:
- Production efficiency
- Add-on service recommendations
- Commercial project participation
- Customer experience (tips and reviews)
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills and a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated with a high standard of work
- HVAC or duct cleaning experience preferred (we will train the right person)
Why Voyager:
- Rapidly growing company with clear paths into leadership and sales roles
- Premium brand with a strong reputation
- Structured systems and processes
- Team environment that values accountability and performance
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional weekends as needed
