We’re looking for a motivated, energetic professional to join our growing Air Duct & Carpet Cleaning team full-time. What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation
- Previous experience in duct and dryer vent cleaning is required
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality air duct, carpet, upholstery, tile cleaning, and water restoration services for residential and commercial clients
- Work independently or alongside a team partner to complete jobs efficiently
- Support Lead Cleaning & Mitigation Technicians to ensure smooth daily operations
- Learn company systems and techniques with opportunities to grow into a leadership role
- Educate customers about additional services and solutions available through BBS
- Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Prepare workspaces by moving furniture and following proper safety procedures
- Follow all industry safety standards and company protocols on every job site
- Provide outstanding customer experiences from start to finish
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday through Saturday
- Weekend availability may be needed
