- Product Backlog & Feature Prioritization: Serve as the centralized internal intake for all product enhancements, feature requests, and field intelligence. Evaluate requests against data protection protocols, technical viability, and business impact to maintain a rigorously prioritized product backlog.
- Client Technical Consultations: Partner with the sales and executive teams on high-profile evaluations across various industry verticals. Confidently address technical scrutiny from risk management, IT infrastructure, and legal compliance officers regarding data privacy, cloud architecture, and edge processing.
- Tier-3 Technical Escalation Authority: Provide high-level technical oversight for complex field and assembly challenges. Triage advanced networking, gateway routing, and video streaming protocol anomalies that fall outside standard operating procedures.
- Technical Documentation & Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Author / Refine comprehensive technical documentation, configuration baselines, internal FAQs, and deployment guides to ensure product standardization as the organization scales.
Required Qualifications & Expertise
- Advanced Network Engineering & Video Protocols: Proficient understanding of network topology, subnets, firewall configurations, and port management. Deep domain expertise in RTSP streaming, ONVIF compliance, and video compression standards (H.264/H.265).
- IoT & Hardware Systems Literacy: Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and hardware specification sheets. Experience managing industrial cellular gateways (e.g., Cradlepoint, Sierra Wireless), power distribution budgets, and relay automation logic.
- Information Resilience & Compliance Fluency: Comprehensive understanding of data protection frameworks. Ability to articulate policies regarding SOC 2 compliance, data-at-rest/in-transit encryption (AES-256), network isolation (VLANs), and PII masking.
- Product & Partner Management Experience: 5 years of experience managing external partner roadmaps, product requirements documents (PRDs), and technical relationships.
- Executive Presence & Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical architectures into strategic business language for executive stakeholders and buyers across multiple commercial verticals.
Preferred Qualifications
