Bilingual Laundry Attendant/Housekeeper, Dropoff/Wash and Fold

We are seeking a full-time, English–Spanish bilingual cleaner/housekeeper/customer service and wash-and-fold team member.

We are currently meeting candidates and conducting training. Training is paid at $10/hour; continued employment is not guaranteed. After the probationary period, pay increases to $13 to $14.50/hour, with opportunities for raises or discretionary bonuses based on consistent dependability, strong performance, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean property; vacuum lint from dryers; clean washer seals, bathrooms, floors, windows, walls; change trash; follow the daily checklist; complete wash/dry/fold orders as needed. The work is steady and requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn wash-and-fold procedures.

Customer Interaction & Conduct:
Employees must act professionally, smile, learn machine operations, and assist customers proactively but respectfully. Staff must stay disciplined when working alone, remain calm in busy or difficult situations, communicate effectively, and work well with teammates and managers.

Performance & Expectations:
Raises and bonuses are based on the employee’s value to the company. Important traits include reliability, completing assigned tasks, communication and people skills, attention to detail, willingness to accept constructive feedback, avoiding non-productive distractions, teamwork, and wearing clean, appropriate attire. Employees should keep personal conversations to a minimum and contribute to a positive workplace.
