Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, processing transactions and handling cash.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the store or restaurant, including dining areas, kitchens, and food preparation spaces.
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and serving as needed in a quick-service fast food restaurant or kitchen setting.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services to customers.
- Buss tables and ensure dining areas are clean and well-organized for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication during busy periods.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in the grocery store or food industry is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations or quick service fast food restaurants is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
