Job Summary: We are seeking a caring, dependable, and motivated Special Education Aide for our Post High LINKS Program. This 29-hour-per-week position supports young adults with moderate to severe disabilities in a community-based transition program focused on increasing independence and preparing students for adult life. The aide will assist students with functional academics, independent living skills, social skills, and vocational/job training activities while supporting instruction both in the classroom and in community settings. Responsibilities include accompanying and transporting students to job sites and community outings, supporting participation in workplace and community experiences, collaborating with special education staff to implement student goals, and helping maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.
Salary: As per district salary schedule
