Positions Available**: 29 Hour Special Education Aide for Moderate/Severe Classroom

Job Summary:** Con Amore is a moderate/severe special education school dedicated to serving students and families from ages 3 to 22 on their educational journey. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Special Education Aide to join our dedicated staff for the 2025--26 school year. Position Overview: Under the direction of a Special Education Teacher, the Special Education Aide will provide instructional and behavioral support to students with disabilities. This role is essential in reinforcing academic content, promoting positive behavior, and supporting the overall learning environment. Key Responsibilities:
Assist students individually and in small groups to reinforce learning activities.
Support certified educators by helping present instructional materials and classroom exercises.
Observe and record student behavior, applying behavior reinforcement techniques as directed.
Contribute to classroom management systems and support the development of positive peer interactions.
Supervise students throughout the school day, including in classrooms, common areas, and during transitions.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet student goals and ensure smooth classroom operations.
Assist with daily living needs, which may include administering first aid and supporting students with personal care routines.
Perform physical tasks as needed, which may include lifting and running. What We're Looking For:
