Responsibilities
As a Summer Associate, you will work on a wide range of transactions including restructurings, recapitalizations,
acquisitions, divestitures, private placements, leveraged buyouts, and joint ventures. Summer Associates are
expected to be involved in the development, structuring and financing of transactions and regularly attend internal and client meetings, negotiations and due diligence sessions.

The expected annual base salary is an estimate of the base salary for this position. The actual base salary an employee in this role receives may vary depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: work location, job-related knowledge, and prior experience. The salary listed reflects base salary only, and the total compensation package may include other components.

- Drafting of client presentations
- Preparation of memoranda for internal and external use
- Conducting financial and other business related research
- Coordinating complex and often time-sensitive processes
- Active involvement in client facing situations
- Assistance in the execution of transactions
