DuCar Construction is a General Contractor with 13 years of experience in residential and commercial construction across Louisiana and Mississippi. We are a growth-focused company managing multiple high-value projects simultaneously — including a current $1.4M luxury residential project.
We are looking for a seasoned Superintendent who can run multiple projects at once, manage subcontractors with authority, and represent DuCar with professionalism on every job site.
What we offer:
• $70,000 – $90,000 base salary depending on experience
• Performance bonus per project when on budget and on time
• $500/month health insurance allowance
• $500/month vehicle/gas allowance

What we need from you:
• 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Residential and commercial project experience
• Ability to manage 2–3 simultaneous projects
• Experience using Buildertrend (preferred)
• Strong subcontractor management and scheduling skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between Louisiana and Mississippi
• Excellent communication skills — you will interact directly with high-end clients
