Dubuque Screw Products is seeking a dependable full-time Driver / Secondary Operations Associate to support daily customer deliveries and production operations.

- Safely transport products and materials to customers and vendors throughout the Tri-State area (Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin) on a daily basis.
- Load, unload, inspect, and secure shipments to ensure timely and damage-free delivery.
- Complete delivery documentation and maintain communication regarding delivery schedules.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of company vehicles.
- Support Secondary Operations by performing tasks such as sorting, packaging, washing, deburring, inspection, assembly, and other production-related activities.
- Assist with material movement and general production support as needed.
- Follow all quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- CDL is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to successfully complete DOT-required paperwork and pass a DOT physical examination.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping experience is preferred but not required.
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Day shift
- Daily local and Tri-State area driving with in-plant support when deliveries are complete
