Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Help with dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations in the kitchen
- Assist in cooking and plating dishes as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Support other team members in various tasks such as bussing tables or restocking supplies
- Handle food safely and adhere to proper food handling procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service setting is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions are also compensated.
