Key Functions for the Client Support Specialist :
- Meet with customers to introduce and explain Kinetic fiber internet packages.
- Provide customer-facing demonstrations that simplify product features.
- Assist with enrollments and help guide customers toward the right internet solutions, and secure sales on the spot.
- Offer basic sales support and answer questions about fiber upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and completed enrollments.
- Contribute to weekly sales performance and Client Support Specialist team targets.
- Stay familiar with ongoing promotions, network expansions, sales and service updates.
- Ensure all customer interactions reflect professionalism and care.
