Dubose National Energy Fasteners & Machined Parts are seeking a Quality Control (QC) Supervisor for their Cleveland, Ohio location.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

·        Lead the QC team and manage daily priorities to ensure efficient workflow

·        Direct, supervise, and support all inspection and testing activities

·        Review and interpret product specifications to perform accurate and compliant quality checks

·        Conduct inspections using precision measuring instruments and advanced inspection systems

·        Perform destructive testing, including OES chemistry analysis, tensile testing, and hardness testing

·        Oversee calibration and management of Inspection, Measuring, and Test Equipment (IMTE)

·        Document Nonconforming Material Reports for any nonconforming product

·        Collaborate closely with production teams to maintain quality and ensure compliance

·        Record test data, maintain inspection logs, and generate detailed quality reports

Qualifications:

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and adherence to quality standards are paramount. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards through various inspection methods.

·        Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor QC technicians

·        Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow

·        Strong knowledge of inspection methods, quality standards, and manufacturing processes

·        Proficiency with precision measuring tools and advanced inspection systems

·        Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and product specifications including GD&T

·        Experience performing destructive and non‑destructive testing is a plus

·        Experience in performing mechanical inspections required.

·        Quality inspection: 3 years (Required).

Schedule: 8-hour shift (M-F, with potential for overtime)
