Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Collaborate with the lead sales agent to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients
- Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
- Take part in team activities according to team standards
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
- Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
