Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Experienced Agent Launch program with success
- Engage in team activities according to team standards
- Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties
- Negotiate offers for your clients
Qualifications
- Hold a valid real estate license
- 1 year of experience in real estate sales (preferred)
- You have a natural drive and a competitive edge in sales.
- You excel at connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding solutions.
- Familiar with prospecting, generating and nurturing leads
- You communicate effectively and are dedicated to providing excellent service.
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Open to learning scripts and dialogues
