The DuBois Nursing Home is looking for a Full-Time Transportation Scheduler
General Duties and Responsibilities:
Scheduling resident appointments.
Communicating appointment dates and times to staff and resident families.
Creating and updating transportation schedules.
Calling physicians and families to notify and confirm appointments.
Transporting Residents to appointments and staying with them during the appointments to accommodate their needs.
The ideal candidate should have good communication, scheduling, and organizing skills. Medical experience and a CNA License or higher is REQUIRED.
