Position Overview
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate who can commit to a consistent full-time schedule and long-term availability, including weekdays, weekends, and peak retail periods.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection and recommendations
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrations for new or featured merchandise
- Accurately operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and processing transactions
- Restock merchandise and support overall store presentation
- Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
- Ability to train and support new team members (preferred for experienced applicants)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
