GENERAL DESCRIPTION The job of the Maintenance Crafts Worker/HVAC is done for the purpose of inspecting, repairing, installing, servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems, boilers and furnaces and related equipment; make cost estimates and order materials to resolve immediate operational and/or safety concerns.

243 Work Days / 18 Paid Holidays / 12 Months 8 hours per day / 5 days per week Work Hours: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Annual master's degree stipend and/or doctorate stipend, pro-rated by FTE if applicable.
