Housekeeper/Groundskeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of our property. This dynamic role combines cleaning responsibilities with grounds maintenance tasks to ensure a welcoming, safe, and well-maintained environment. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of indoor spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Maintain outdoor areas by trimming shrubs, planting flowers, and performing general landscaping tasks to enhance curb appeal.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as edging, pruning, soil, and installing landscape features.
• Conduct routine landscape maintenance including weed control.
• Assist with gardening activities by planting new greenery, mulching beds, and caring for existing plants to create inviting outdoor spaces.
• Snow removal.

Skills

• Daily cleaning of apartment turnovers, hallways, and common areas.
• Proficiency in using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes for landscaping tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to property upkeep and cleanliness.
