Job Description **Position Title: Banquet Server** **Overview:** As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient service of food and beverages to patrons during banquet events. Your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for guests. **Duties:** - Greet and serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner. - Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of tables, dining areas, and bus stations throughout the event. - Promptly address any guest complaints or issues by notifying the supervisor. - Complete side work, clean-up tasks, and closing duties as assigned. - Participate in pre-event meetings as required to review event details. - Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies. - Assist with bussing tables and catering setup as needed. - Perform any other duties deemed appropriate by the management. **Requirements:** - Previous experience in food handling, preferably in a restaurant or catering environment. - Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. - Ability to work efficiently under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to flexible work hours including evenings and weekends. - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Possession of a valid Food Handler's Certificate is required. - Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for shifts. - Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, and perform various tasks for extended periods. **Working Conditions:** You will primarily work indoors during banquet events, with occasional outdoor service. Exposure to kitchen equipment, hot surfaces, chemicals, and inclement weather may occur.
