Schedule: Full-Time Day Shift (Flexible 12-hour shifts available)
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience shift differentials bonuses
Location: Dublin Post Acute Care, Dublin, OH
Responsibilities
Provide and oversee quality nursing care to residents in accordance with facility standards and state regulations
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
Supervise STNAs and LPNs to ensure compassionate, efficient care delivery
Document resident care, observations, and physician orders thoroughly
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote resident health and wellbeing
Educate residents and families on care plans and health goals
Qualifications
Current Ohio RN license in good standing
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
Compassionate approach with a genuine desire to care for others
