Position Summary.
The President & Chief Executive Officer serves as the chief executive and strategic leader of the Dublin–Laurens County Chamber of Commerce. Reporting to the Board of Directors through an annually elected chair, the President & CEO leads the organization’s strategic direction, advocates for the business community, and strengthens partnerships that support economic vitality throughout the community.
The role serves as a bridge connecting businesses, government, education, and nonprofit organizations while overseeing Chamber operations, including membership development, programs, financial management, and community engagement. This position requires a collaborative leader with strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities.
The President & CEO serves as the voice of the business community and a collaborator connecting businesses, government, education, and nonprofit partners, advocating for business interests while guiding the Chamber’s programs and initiatives.
The role oversees all Chamber operations—including membership development, programs, financial management, and community engagement—while working closely with the Board of Directors to support governance, inform strategic decisions, and maintain strong relationships across the community.
