Dublin Latchkey was established as a nonprofit organization in 1984. Since that time, we have been committed to developing programs and services to help children and their families. To date, we have served over 10,000 families in over 42 years of operation in Dublin City Schools, Jonathan Alder Schools and Origins Preschool.

Hours of 7:00 am to 9:00 am and 3:15 pm to 6:00 pm give you the flexiblity to schedule things during the day. Our schedule follows the school calendar, thus you will never work holidays, nights, weekends, or summers.
- Starting pay is $25.00/hr plus attendance bonus. 30 hour work week, when Dublin City Schools are in session.
- Free childcare for ages 3 and up. At Origins preschool, Dublin City Schools or Jonathan Alder Schools, while working for Dublin Latchkey
- Annual raise up to $1 per hr.
- If qualified, Attendance bonus paid in July (from $00.00 to $1880.00)
- Holiday bonus paid in December
