Perform preventive maintenance, track parts usage, and reduce outside-vendor spend.
Rotate on-call duties (˜ one week/month) for emergency service.
Handle basic automotive A/C or small-engine repairs and light property-maintenance tasks as trained.
Document work orders accurately; follow all EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards.
Required
8–10 years HVAC service experience with long tenure at prior employers
(will consider 5 years for candidates showing exceptional stability and skill).EPA 608 Universal Certification; NATE preferred.
Strong diagnostics on split, package, and refrigeration systems.
Valid driver’s license; able to pass background, driving, and drug screening.

Preferred / Will Train
Basic automotive maintenance or small-engine A/C repair.
General building/property maintenance skills (plumbing, light electrical, carpentry).
Experience in a family-business or small-team setting.
Full-time, Monday–Friday days; rotating after-hours/on-call.
Primary site: 6845 Caine Rd, Dublin OH; occasional travel to branch stores (company vehicle provided).
Zero critical HVAC or production-line downtime.
Documented vendor cost savings through in-house repairs.
Quarterly cross-training milestones achieved.
Multi-year retention with reliable attendance (bonus eligible).
