As we expand our reach, we are seeking a well-organized Research Analyst to join our team.
The Research Analyst will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and analysis of research projects, including focus groups and mock trials.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute research projects, such as focus groups and mock trials.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analyses.
- Create and draft questionnaires for research purposes.
- Contribute to the preparation of detailed analysis reports.
- Perform extensive venue and media research.
- Investigate various cases to gather necessary information.
- Support the jury selection process with thorough research and analysis.
Responsibilities are representative and not exhaustive, additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
- A master’s degree in a related field from an accredited university, or a bachelor's with 2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Advanced research skills, preferably in legal contexts and jury analysis.
- A confident, adaptable team player eager to learn through guidance from research and litigation teams.
- Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of meeting strict deadlines and flexible in working outside regular hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Compensation: $85,000
The indicated salary range for this position reflects the base pay, which is determined by experience and does not include overtime compensation. DRC provides compensation for overtime in alignment with state regulations.
