Dubak Electrical Group LLC is now accepting applications through March 31, 2026, for our NCCER Certified Electrical Apprenticeship Program.
This six-year, paid apprenticeship combines hands-on industrial electrical work with classroom instruction and skills training. You will work alongside experienced mentors and instructors with 30 years in the trade while building a long-term career with a respected, family-owned company.
The primary duties for an Electrical Apprentice include, but are not limited to:
- Install conduit and wiring (power and controls)
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Assist in maintaining electrical systems (power, data, controls, and instrumentation systems)
- Safety education and following safety rules
- Learn and apply electrical theory
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, pulling, and pushing up to 50 pounds by yourself
- Support jobsite operations as assigned
Our work is performed primarily in industrial settings including:
- Food & beverage facilities
- Mega warehouses
- Pharmaceutical plants
- Chemical and oil refineries
- Paper mills
Classroom curriculum is taught in a structured learning environment, and hands-on skills are developed in the field and our training center.
What We’re Looking For
This program is designed for individuals who are:
- Serious about becoming a Journeyman Electrician
- Dedicated, timely and dependable
- Willing to commit to a structured 6-year program
- Comfortable working in industrial environments
- Able to travel to multiple project sites
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Passion for becoming a Journeyman Electrician
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn
Compensation and Benefits:
- Free electrical education while working full-time (with a 6-year commitment)
- $18.00/hour for the first 4 weeks of Core training
- $19.00/hour after Core completion
- After the start of Level One, apprentices will have performance evaluations every 6 months during the Apprenticeship
