Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Roofing Foreman to lead our roofing crews and oversee daily operations on job sites. This role requires a self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate roofing crews on residential and/or commercial projects
- Ensure all work is completed on schedule and meets company quality standards
- Maintain a safe job site and enforce safety regulations
- Train and mentor crew members
- Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, and clients
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment on-site
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
Requirements:
- Proven experience in roofing with leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques
- Ability to lead a team and work independently
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
