We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Shop or Field Hands. This is a full-time position with plenty of overtime opportunities, and some Saturdays may be required.
No experience necessary — we provide on-the-job training. This is a hands-on position working with a solid crew, ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and being out in the field or shop rather than behind a desk.

Duties
- Wash and clean large industrial air coolers on-site and in shop
- Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and basic repairs
- Help rebuild and maintain cooler units
- Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company procedures and safety standards at all times
- Gain hands-on experience with industrial equipment and field work
Experience
- Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous shop or mechanical experience
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Experience operating manlifts or similar equipment
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Able to pass a drug test
- Able to work safely at heights and in confined spaces
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Valid Driver's License
- Must have reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
