Duane, Hauck, Davis, Gravatt & Campbell, P.C. is seeking a part-time (approx 25-30 hours per week) Litigation Paralegal.
Litigation Paralegals manage all aspects of a case including, but not limited to, primary contact for all involved parties, use of case management system (LEAP), requesting and evaluating medical and investigation records, and preparation of court and settlement documents.
An ideal candidate would possess the following:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently, be a team player, and strong individual contributor
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage and meet deadlines
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and case management software (LEAP)
- Knowledgeable in Billing Hours by matter
Position Requirements:
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Paralegal in a civil litigation, insurance defense, or personal injury law firm.
- A Bachelor’s Degree and/or the successful completion of an accredited paralegal program preferred.
