While this role is widely recognized in the industry as a Project Manager, at Dualite, we refer to it as an Account Manager because it encompasses more than just project oversight — it involves pricing, scheduling, and relationship management. To clarify: this is not a sales role. Instead, this position focuses on managing existing client relationships, ensuring every detail of their signage program is delivered with excellence.
As an Account Manager, you will be a key player on a collaborative team of 3–4 peers, managing multiple signage projects from start to finish. You’ll coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and clients to ensure seamless execution of deliverables — on time and within budget.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience juggling multiple projects and priorities with accuracy
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace tools
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred:
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems
- Previous experience as an Account Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar client service role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Background in construction management, permitting processes, or signage-related industries
Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing client accounts
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with both clients and subcontractors
- Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring on-time, within-budget signage delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments to meet client expectations and resolve any issues
- Quote pricing for jobs and products with accuracy and attention to margin
- Update and maintain records using ERP systems and internal documentation platforms
- Assist with escalated client requests and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
- Identify opportunities for value-added services or project expansions with current clients
