Product Manager (AI ERP)

As our Technical Product Manager, you’ll lead features across the product end-to-end with design and engineering. This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership.

DualEntry is one of NYC’s fastest-growing AI startups, founded in 2024 and backed by top-tier VCs. Our team has scaled companies to $100M ARR and led them through successful exits. Now we’re developing the next generation of mid-market accounting software with AI.

📍 Location: New York, on-site (5 days/week) at 7 World Trade Center

• Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for 5 features in parallel
• Translate complex accounting workflows into actionable and simple requirements
• Collaborate daily with engineering and design
• Define and manage the roadmap and product strategy
• Ensure product reliability, accuracy, and usability
• Align with product marketing, GTM and sales (2-way)
• Contribute to internal processes and tools that help us ship faster

• 2 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
• 3 years of accounting experience working in accounting teams or audit
• CPA certification is a bonus
• Familiarity with accounting systems, finance tools, and ERP software
• Clear, direct communicator
• Highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple workstreams
• Excited to work in-office with an ambitious, fast-moving team
• Technical experience (CS, engineering) is a bonus

• You’ll lead founding product work that drives the wave of AI to accounting
• You’ll work closely with world-class engineers and experienced founders
• You’ll move fast, ship weekly, and own real product outcomes
• You’ll shape the product in its most formative stage

• Base salary: $140,000–$200,000 USD
• Equity: $75,000 USD
